Refund policy
We hope you love your Suèna purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original hang tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging where possible
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- International duties, taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll be happy to assist.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund (subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy) and place a new order.
This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.
